Building Materials Certification
The purpose of building materials certification is to evaluate indicators such as product safety, quality, technical performance, and environmental impact, and to verify that the materials comply with the relevant standards and technical regulations.
This certification builds trust in the market and assures consumers, construction companies, developers, and regulatory authorities that the material is compliant and reliable.
Building materials certification services are provided in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065, following principles of independence, impartiality, and professional competence.
Certification applies to the following types of building materials:
✅ Concrete, ready‑mixed concrete, and precast concrete products
✅ Reinforcement steel and structural steel materials
✅ Insulation materials (EPS, XPS, glass wool, rock wool, etc.)
✅ Thermal and acoustic insulation materials
✅ Panels, blocks, and bricks
✅ Flooring and wall finishing materials
✅ Waterproofing materials, adhesives, and chemical additives
✅ Other construction materials
Customer Responsibilities
The certificate holder shall assume the following responsibilities:
✅ Maintain continuous compliance with the applicable standards and technical regulations
✅ Provide access for testing, inspection, and surveillance activities when required
✅ Use the certificate correctly and refrain from any misleading promotional use
✅ Cooperate in the fair resolution of complaints and disputes
✅ Discontinue the use of the certificate, certification mark, and any related materials when the certificate becomes invalid
Required Documents
Applicants shall submit the following documents when applying for building materials certification:
✅ Application letter and official request (ABS PC P01 F‑2, ABS PC P01 F‑3)
✅ Copy of the State Registration Certificate (or a copy of the national ID for individuals)
✅ Manufacturer’s / Supplier’s Declaration
✅ Test results, including:
• Mechanical strength
• Thermal performance indicators
• Fire safety performance
• Chemical composition
• Water and moisture resistance indicators
✅ Technical specifications and technical description
✅ User instructions and product manual
✅ Photographs (external and internal structure, and photos taken during testing)
✅ Where applicable:
• Product samples and technical documentation
• Block diagrams and production process information
• Copy of the previous Certificate of Conformity (for renewal)
• Additional measurement and test results
