Certification of Green Building
The purpose of green building certification is to evaluate key performance indicators such as energy efficiency, water use, indoor environmental quality, material sustainability, and environmental impact, and to verify that the building meets green building requirements.
This certification builds trust in the market and assures investors, developers, tenants, and end‑users that the building complies with internationally recognized sustainability criteria. Green building certification services are provided in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065, following principles of independence, impartiality, and professional competence.
Green building certification applies to the following types of buildings:
✅ Residential and single-family housing
✅ Office and commercial buildings
✅ Shopping centers and public buildings
✅ Industrial buildings
✅ Special‑purpose buildings such as schools and hospitals
✅ New constructions and existing buildings
✅ Other types of buildings
Required Documents
1. For the Preliminary Certification Request
Applicants shall submit the following documents when requesting a preliminary green building certification:
✅ Request letter for green building certification
✅ Copy of the State Registration Certificate (or a copy of the national ID for individuals)
✅ Land ownership certificate, land lease agreement, and cadastral map
✅ Architectural design assignment (except for single-family residential houses)
✅ Design assignment incorporating green building criteria
✅ Detailed design drawings
✅ Design review conclusion
2. For the Green Building Certification Request
Applicants shall submit the following documents when applying for full green building certification:
✅ Application letter and official request (ABS PC P01 F‑3, ABS PC P01 F‑4)
✅ Copy of the State Registration Certificate (or a copy of the national ID for individuals)
✅ Construction permit and approvals for commencement/continuation of construction
✅ Proof of building ownership or possession
✅ Auditor‑verified assessment report confirming the building’s key green performance indicators calculated in accordance with the Bestger Green Building Assessment Methodology, along with the client’s technical supervision report
✅ State Commission’s conclusion for commissioning the building
Customer Responsibilities
The green building certificate holder shall assume the following responsibilities:
✅ Maintain continuous compliance with the green building criteria
✅ Provide access for on‑site inspections and document reviews when required
✅ Use the certificate correctly and refrain from any misleading promotional use
✅ Cooperate in the fair resolution of complaints and disputes
✅ Discontinue the use of the certificate, certification mark, and any related materials when the certificate becomes invalid
